Today felt like I was running with my head cut off!

Got up early, got ready, got the kids out the door and to school, rushed to my hair appointment to get all this outgrowth bleached and looking decent, came home, quickly put on makeup and changed my clothes, picked the kids up from school, dropped them off with my husband, headed to the rehearsal and the rehearsal dinner, went to Ulta to get last minute makeup stuff, went home, packed everything up for tomorrow, crashed out in bed.

Phew….

Tonight was one of my good friends bachlorette party! We went out to dinner and then went to one of those painting and wine places! So much fun!

I only brought my iPhone to document the occasion.

This little couch is in our formal living room and the first thing you see when you walk into our home. So I've asked the kids not to play on this furniture so we can keep it nice! This little troublemaker doesn't listen though, obviously…..

Alexis made this adorable fall decor at her Girl Scouts meeting and it just happend that I was decorating the house for Fall the same night. She went and placed it right in the middle of our table as the centerpiece. It's the perfect centerpiece!

I have been wanting to check this location out for quite some time and Alexis was up for being a model for me, so we got her dressed up, hair done, and off we went to explore. 

I didn't realize how much I was going to LOVE this location and we ended up staying for an entire hour.

268|366 - longest day joy

Today started early. Really early. Before the sun was even up I was ready and packed to go.

I had to take Pax to football pictures, which just happened to be 45 minutes away! I wasn't sure if I wanted to order any photos so I took one of him, just in case I choose not to order.

Then we hung out in the car with the heat blasting. We had an hour to kill before his game started. So a trip to Starbucks passed the time well.

After his game I had to rush to a bridal shower. I was asked to take photos at it. I really love photographing events and I was happy to do so for my good friend!

Here's all of us bridesmaids. I'm really looking forward to the wedding next week!

I stayed afterwards to help clean up and then I was off to do a family session for a client. The session went amazing and the family could not have been any cuter! 

Then I went home, crashed onto the couch and fell asleep.

It was a long Saturday.

Today is our towns high school Homecoming weekend! The kids had spirit day today and I dressed them in the maroon and gold!

Guys!! I completely forgot to pick my camera up today. Spaced it! But I realllllly didn't want to not post anything on this day. Maybe this is considered cheating- but I'm going to post what B and I did the following morning for this day.

It was such a beautiful day so I decided we would ditch football practice, make the 1 hour drive into Rocky Mountain National Park and take the kids' Fall photos. I am SO happy with the way they turned out. In fact, I think I'm going to order a few on canvas and get them hung on my walls.
