Week 30

We met up with a friend at the Colorado Railroad Museum. Paxton was in train heaven.

Cory plays on a co-ed softball team and they have games every Friday night. I realized I hadn't taken any pictures of him this season….oops! Here is a few I got in before I had to go back to chasing after my kiddos.

I won FREE tickets to a Rockies game! The seats were right behind home plate too. We were stoked! It was a good game and we all had a lot of fun. We had to leave early so I could get to a clients photo session and I later heard that Sara Evans performed a little concert after the game! I was so bummed that I missed it!

We had the T-Ball end of the season party! There was pizza, popsicles, and trophies!

A local park has a little train that runs throughout the summer. A ticket is just .75 and the kids rode it 5 times! A nice, easy, and cheap activity!

Summer is winding down. I can't believe in just a few weeks the kids will be in school!

Week 29

I took the kids to The Farm to see and feed all the farm animals. We haven't been since Pax was a newborn, so it was time to try it out again. It didn't disappoint. The kids absolutely loved it. Pax was too afraid to feed the animals, but Alexis loved every minute of it.

I did a Back-to-School session with my kiddos. I found the old desk for super cheap at a local vintage store. A friend loaned me all the books and the rest of it I already owned! I love the way it all came together and I'm so happy I have these pictures. I can't believe school starts in just 3 weeks!

Bubble-Bath!! My kids are obsessed with bubble baths. Obsessed!

We have a drive-in movie theater close to us and we wanted to take the kids for their first experience. They were showing the new Planes movie- Pax was stoked! We grabbed some Burger King on our way there and ate in the back of our mini-van. We had to wait until the sun went down for the movie to start but the kids loved running around and I enjoyed watching the beautiful Colorado sunset. We didn't get home until 11:00PM, which is waaaaaay past their bedtime. But they stayed up and made it through the entire movie. Their first experience was a success!

We spent the entire day at the pool. I love the pool. I'm really going to miss it when the kids go back to school in a few weeks.

Week 28

Cory and Alexis had their last T-Ball practice for the season. Cory decided to make it a fun one and brought over 200 water balloons for the kids to throw and hit instead of the ball. It went over well and the kids had a blast, I think the coaches may have had more fun though. ;)

They also had their last T-Ball GAME this week as well. It was a great season. I enjoyed watching my baby girl play.
